WHY DETOX IN THE FIRST PLACE?

In the 21st century toxicity is unavoidable.  We are all exposed to some of the residual burden of the two to three thousand new-to-nature chemicals which are invented and released into the environment every year; we are exposed through air, water, soil and food.  We also produce many toxins in our own bodies that are associated with common clinical conditions.  We are all different in our responses due to a combination of our genes, age, lifestyle, immune reactivity, antioxidant defence and other factors which determine our resistance to toxicity.

Just eating more vegetables and staying off alcohol is not really detoxing – that’s just known as eating better.  Many people do not use professional advice or products to achieve the best results.
